Outreach Programs
At the TRUE GOSPEL RECOVERY AND EMPOWERMENT CENTER, we target the freedom of the total person: Spirit, Soul, and Body. We help our clients, through harmonizing the Scriptures, to understand the authority of believers. This is aimed at enabling them to overcome Negative Addictive Behaviors for Men and Women that interfere with Spiritual and Psycho-Social growth and development. Our goal is to direct individuals, through guided learning experiences and role-playing, so they can reinforce their strengths and live fulfilling lifestyles.
RECOVERY PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
At the True Gospel Recovery Center for men and women, we believe the power of God through His word is greater than any addiction. We have developed the following tools for recovery. To ensure the success of our clients, we have implemented the following:
TEACHING AND APPLYING SCRIPTURES:
Our goal is to teach the True Gospel, which brings true freedom, not condemnation. It is through this freedom that our clients will be strengthened in their resolve to live righteous and fulfilling lives.
PRAYER, PRAISE, AND WORSHIP:
These are the instruments of adoration designed to deliver them and meet every physical and spiritual need.
GROUP INTERACTIONS AND DYNAMICS:
We place clients in groups where they can benefit by sharing experiences and testimonies with other clients and staff members.
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING:
We focus on the personal power of God’s word to heal and deliver. This also allows clients the time and convenience to open up what some people would not share in a group setting.
ACCOUNTABILITY TRAINING:
We teach our clients the need to seek, embrace, and maintain support systems around themselves, rather than fall into isolationism—which would impede their ability to stay positive.
ROLE PLAYING:
Clients are given opportunities to face and manage difficult situations. This is to test their proficiency in applying the necessary skills to control their emotions and maintain sobriety.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING:
Guided exercises to teach responsibility by placing clients in situations where they make decisions that would affect others.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:
Clients are exposed to appropriate ways of managing their resources (human and material) to avoid the frustrations associated with discontentment.
RELAPSE TRAINING:
Clients are exposed to appropriate ways of managing their resources (human and material) to avoid the frustrations associated with discontentment.
FOLLOW-UP:
Clients are encouraged to maintain relationships with our ministry during and after recovery. We would like to be part of their support system as they move ahead in life.
This ministry aims at emancipating the total person;

I was provoked to “Heaven on Earth” after the doctors declared me permanently disabled through a rare autoimmune disorder. Bedridden and cared for by my daughter, I faced hospitalizations, relapses, and mobility issues. Through faith and prayers from Pastor Livinus Madukka I found healing.
